It is important to recognize that it is just not in the United Kingdom that Diabetes is becoming a bigger problem, all around the globe more diagnoses are being made of both types of diabetes.
That leaves many people to question what is so different now than it was years and years ago when diabetes UK was not as prevalent. One belief is the lack of germs is the main contributor, because we are not allowing our bodies to do its job and build up a tolerance and handle smaller illnesses like the common cold and the flu on its own.
One thing that is for certain Diabetes UK is becoming an issue and something needs to be done to stop it. One thing many are trying is anti-diabetes campaigns that warn others how unhealthy lifestyles can contribute to an increased risk for diabetes type 2. Some critic says these are not helpful because it only shows one type of diabetes and the word about all types are not getting out. Many people even with to change the name of Type 1 insulin dependent diabetes so it is not lumped into the same category as type 2 diabetes. Many people get both types confused very often and don’t understand the difference between the two. It is important to educate others so that we may be able to do something about the upcoming epidemic known as Diabetes.
